I called AOK as i seen there van on the road and we were having problems with one of our Communal aerials. The problem was of a concern as the communal aerial  served 40 people and the problems had been re-occuring for a number of months.

I spoke to Alan who said he would have to attend site to check the system, i met with him a couple of days later at the site. after some checks were carried out the problem was found and rectified. Alan also found that our Aerial system did not have a electrical safety connection, we had this rectified immediately.

I have to admit that TV Aerial systems are much more complicated than i ever thought and it is reassuring that you are dealing with people that know what doing.
